      Will not recommend if you want to work on the actual data science work

      Work from the office is not so seriously implemented which is optional and no compulsion. The team is nice and supportive

      They said big things in interviews and in the end they are making me do a Python developer job with no data science anywhere . There is a huge amount of mismatch between what they promised in the interview. Nobody in the team does the actual data science work. They should hire a Python developer instead. No testers and DevOps members in the team. In fact, We should sit and write test cases ourselves. All we do is api development using Python. They also have strict deadlines. Everybody has to stretch their working hours to meet deadlines which is so pathetic. I get no personal time for anything else. No time is given to anybody who wants to research or explore. We have to take out time on weekends. Not even a single member is into research, when it comes to an AI team at least some time has to be given to people to explore and come up with solutions. No solution that has been implemented is simple. Everything is complex and complicated when there is no need for it. There is so much pressure from the higher management on the team with high expectations. Simple things that can be implemented and deployed in one day take five days here because of the norms, rules, and dependencies
