I’m almost three years into GFI, and my role has grown across multiple regions. The AI exposure has been huge — the AI-first approach really shapes how we work. The company gives you access to great AI tools, and you can also use your own tech stack if it adds value, which is something I really appreciate. I’ve been able to innovate on a lot of topics that improved productivity for myself, the sales team, and even distributors. We’ve also rolled out several new AI-first products, which has been exciting to be part of.
Cons
We work in a very distributed setup, we don’t get to meet in person . A quick catch-up every six months would help keep everyone connected. Apart from that, the pace is fast, so you need to adapt quickly.
