      Pros

      GGN offers decent healthcare benefits and supplies booze on Fridays, but that is where the positive aspects end.

      Cons

      This firm is highly unethical! Expect to work insane hours without receiving any overtime and to be heavily discriminated against if you happen to have a disability. Also, this company is owned by three women and does not offer any maternity or paternity benefits. Live plants are strictly forbidden by the head diva of the office. Though GGN has a reputation for being prestigious landscape architecture, steer clear of this office at all costs!

      Pros

      Kind, intelligent, talented employees with opportunities to interact with all members of office. Real friendships are very common. Orca card included in benefits. Many opportunities to take leadership role. Great office location and open concept office.

      Cons

      Management issues resulting in lopsided hours. Workload and project flow rarely utilize full scope of talents in office. Can be overly cautious and create feelings of insecurity in entry-level employees of company protocol. Not many opportunities to move up other than one level from entry.
