      1 out of 100 doors might actually open the door to talk to you long enough, to text the team leader to hurry back in the van, to come try to close a sale, which I saw happen 1 time that turned into a sale

      The team leaders are unethical, unprofessional, and liars

      Pros

      Many choices in health care plans ( that you have to pay for).

      Cons

      No 401K, they pay way below industry standards, no bonus for holidays, and only 3 days of sick leave.
