Pros
Great exposure, fantastic learning. You will work with some of the finest minds and on some of the best deals
Cons
The place is a hell hole for working. The work culture sucks and the company tries to show it's people friendly but it's a sham. Though it's a global company your local boss will determine your life. Investment roles are respected but the people who keep the lights running are treated like second class citizens. If you work for a support function, your life is not so great.

You will get to work on some of the best deals in the world. A brilliant company with brilliant professionals and a great great CEO
Cons
Doesn't treat staff equally. Support staff is not respected as much. Those who keep the lights burning and keep the company running are not treated with same respect. Several high profile and senior people were "eased" out because cost cuts were mandated. But this happened in support services only. People who are good at perception management and upward management succeed. Ask for why the company does so poorly in employee satisfaction surveys
