Pros
1) Open Company Culture 2) You can get your hands on anything. 3) Start learning from scratch. 4) Get to know the traditional way of hosting and how it must have started. 5) Work from home 6) Approach management with ease.
Cons
1) No development, only server support. 2) Not much staff, not much knowledge sharing. 3) Poor Salary. 4) Company dont want to compete in an indian market, its mostly city based. 5) Should not stay more than 1 year. You will miss the innovation. 6) Managed by 1-2 people. 7) You need to learn on your own. No knowledge articles.
