Used to be great company with great people however upper management, specifically the CEO shows no respect to employees.

Small private company used to have a family orientated feel to it.

Cons

CEO and COO will lie openly to employees in company all hands meetings. CEO is not well spoken and uses message that "everyone is replaceable" as a motivator. Do not expect a 3% salary increase annually even if you exceed expectations. Little room for growth and development. CEO is not operationally inclined and solution to problems is to increase work flow for employees without providing tools. Job satisfaction across U.S. based Waltham office is extremely low.

intelligent but not so much employees nice and impressive business address

they treat their Filipino employees like trash especially the COO they promised that no layoffs were gonna happen in Manila,the following month 40 employees were asked to go. if only they had a plan, they could have hired people on contractual basis only. they hired former supervisors and managers with high salaries to do manual encoding, after that its bye bye! they assign out of this world quotas but are unwilling to invest in good internet connection. 10 mbps for 100 employees..seriously! promoted and hired questionable individuals who don't even know what they are doing struggling financially

The head of GL is Daniel Thibeault. Google him and make your own decisions. The company lacks any real management.
