      Attractive Packages (No logical Pay scale)

      - One Man Show (CEO Controls Everything) - Managers dont know their revenue numbers (and trying to know is a no no) - Compliance violations are a norm - No manpower planning - (Today you are hired, tomorrow you are fired) no reasons given - Pretending to wanting change; but facts shows otherwise - people morale is below zero - if you joined and its too late... listen to what the people are telling you, because you are on for a surprise (read all the signs) - Demoralized leadership to the extent of given up - No system, no applied policies, no procedures - No quality control or respect for safety. - No regards for people's well being

      good atmosphere within operations team, other then that don't work for them I still owe them 10K USD, and they did not pay, and a lot of people are in the same position as me
