GP mobile regularly adjusted our time clocks, stealing hours from us. We were never sure what our commission scale was. I sold more than my friend ever did, meanwhile he worked at corporate TMobile and I worked at a GP mobile owned location. His commission was over $1000 and mine was $36. They "forgot" to pay our gas bill all winter...so we froze in negative degree weather. But don't worry...they gave us a space heater. They regularly looked for reasons to fire an employee who had cancer even though he showed up to most shifts. Just...don't work for this company unless you hate yourself.

This job will force you to have no work/life balance. If you get sick or need time off you will get punished for getting sick because the performance drops. Horrible pay Horrible attitudes The attitude for the company is let’s fire tenure people to hire cheaper ones. Lying about bonus pay that you never receive. Mental abuse and bullying behind doors and Human Resources will do nothing to protect employees so don’t bother. You will be forced to do unethical things or you will be fired. Upper management is trash and could care less about anyone. If you are a woman watch out they will want to replace you with a guy. They play favorites and if you are not liked you are a walking target. They do screenshot you and watch you while you work which is very uncomfortable. I could say so much more about this company but one day they will be forced to shut down. If I could rate a Negative 1 I absolutely would.
