      Not a great place to work

      Pros

      There are some wonderful people and employees at the middle management and individual contributor levels.

      Cons

      Leadership was awful. No vision or direction for the company and lots of turnover. The CEO is verbally abusive and his leadership team lacks experience. Lots of firings as a result which leads to a toxic workplace culture. Most of the original leadership was forced out, which is sad because they had the original vision. I've worked for many employers and this was by far the absolute worst. They mention a "suggestion box", which is really just a band-aid to the real problem. The "good" reviews were mostly written by HR-type employees.

      Good benefits as long as they allow you to keep your job

      Cons

      I'll tell you you're doing great everything is alright company's doing great all all smiling and being happy then stabbing you and the rest of your employees in the back is like a fire 10 to 15 employees at a time and then Tire on Back 2 months later
