      a. One of the most stressful industries since Bangko Sentral ng Pilipans was so stringent on banks, especially when they are growing. b. Benefits can be improved c. Loyalty awardees were only recognized when you're around 20 years with them, unlike others who give it to their employees once they reach 5 years d. Targets at times are unrealistic e. Somehow adamant to changes

      A nice place to build your career in the local banking industry

      The benefits are excellent. Senior management is supportive. Colleagues are friendly and cooperative.

      Cons

      Base salaries are quite low compared to other banking institutions. This type of organization is heavily regulated by our government, and if you are in a higher position, you may have to deal with a lot of stress.
