Go to market attitude, as a fresher or even middle level experienced you can deal cent percent with the client
Cons
Basically everything from late payments, to no payments for travelling, inexperienced HOD's, Proprietary concern hence rules change every now and then for betterment of management

Pros
Nothing you don't even get salaries on time,they don't pay their associates too. It's a lala company with outdated senior management who are too egoistic to hear and implement real solutions.
Cons
Their shift timings are weird expect you to come at 9am and then no boundaries you are expected to work till 9pm without OT compensation, literally over exploitation.
