Pros
They give 4 weeks vacations, they give a raise each year, they let you take day off when you need to and they let you have a family life. They never force you to do overtime.
Cons
There's no bonus, so you only get your base salary. It's a non-profit organisation, so you're stuck with the salary of the public service, wich can be lower than in a private company.
