      Pros

      Allows open creativity. Friendly sales Associates. Management needs work. Corporate is wonderful.

      Cons

      Low pay a large work load. Unfair training. A lot of favoritism. If you don't kiss major butt you will not be given a fair chance even if you do your job well. The employees are all about gossip and not so much about customer service. This is for the Downey location. The fact that corporate management is nicer than the actual management is not okay. Would not recommend working here if you don't want to waste you time.

      They allowed you the opportunity to learn on your own, entrepreneur like management.

      Cons

      There was no true direction, training, or support. Also, no one in company had any idea what they were doing. Owner has no respect and was a bully to everyone.

      The only thing good out of there were some few things people.

      Cons

      The management was poorly functioned. A joke. Esp the owner. The HQ office is a warehouse that’s not even suitable to be an office.
