Pros

Overall a pretty easy job, you just travel to people's homes and babysit their children with autism

Cons

The training is just a 4 hour powerpoint video, then they give you a phone and you never see any other coworkers again. You just travel to the houses they send to you and babysit kids. It's very boring and unfulfilling, and if you have any issues with a family your only course of action is to text someone you've never met before and they'll remove that family from your assignments.
