time period of working: MARCH-OCTOBER. rest is honeymoon period. sit idle & get salaries you wish management is influenced by MNC employees if your good at passing work, you may be at benefit. if you have good negotiation skills get your desired salary. HR & senior management are worst unskilled people

1. no organizational management or system or management. 2. MD himself comes in plant to interfere in petty expenses as low as 100/- or 1000/- 3. any one can call MD & fill his ears with wrong information 4. any one randomly is assigned GM, AGM, DGM, Senior GM, & many more who can sing songs in praise for management. 5. highly unskilled uneducated people in plant since 10-20 years interfering with the new staff recruited & result is the new educated people leave away soon 6. very high attrition rate. THE WORK ENVIRONMENT IS HIGHLY UNSAFE. MANY HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES IN PLANT IN PAST OR SUFFERING FROM OCCUPATIONAL DISORDERS DUE TO EXPOSURE TO POISONOUS AGRO CHEMICALS. SAFETY IS NEGLECTED AT EVERY STAGE. 7. the DGM or GM or AVP have no powers all decisions are upon discretion of MD. 8. typical orthodox factory (GIDC) type culture. 9. no scope of training or self development. 10. least technically sound people are running a pesticide manufacturing unit (hazardous unit) 11. compliance reputation is very bad. 12. only production is what that matters to them. 13. DO PRODUCTION AT ANY COST, HIRE EVEN A BEGGAR TO GET THE WORK DONE IF U DON'T HAVE MANPOWER. THIS IS NAKED TRUTH. 14. THE CONTRACTORS FULFILLING THE MAN POWER REQUIREMENTS ARE LOCAL COW BOYS OR SO CALLED SHEPHERDS TURNED CONTRACTORS. GUNDAS & GOONS. NO EMPLOYEE CAN SPEAK IN FRONT OF THEM. 15. Highly undisciplined employees. 16. if they dont need u they may directly start ur notice period. 17. no MNC employee hired in last 3-4 years are in existence, because they hired on false commitments. 18 HR department is a puppet of MD, no proper policy seems as if HR is meant to burn your pockets & de motivate you. THERE IS MUCH MORE TO SAY BUT ONE THING, IF YOU ARE QUALIFIED PERSON DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION AT ANY COST.
