Everyone from the US States side is very helpful. They will help you grow.

Cons

Pune Location does nothing but sucks. Less chance of growth to a senior position. All the senior positions are filled with the old monks from bangalore. Simplicity, Speed and Agility. You gotto live with it...! Trust me, they know nothing about what they are doing except one person and thats Raj Pakalapati, he is the guy who has knowledge, rest all senior level guys know nothing. Good start for the freshers though.

Sorry I don't have any to describe.

They will suck your blood,you will die under pressure ,your supervisors are less educated than you (in short : it is a call center).

All the things come under cons.. They say you are selected but still no offer letter will be received.. HR will not reply to mail.. they dont bother about employees.. fake promises
