      Toxic culture and poor management with no flexibility

      There is nothing positive about this organisation.

      Cons

      Potentially the most toxic and uncultured workplace I have worked at in the past 10 years/15 years. There is no work flexibility, poor management, etc., if given a choice, I wouldn't want to work here.

      Toxic poisonous environment. Wealthy owner publicly declared his dislike of workers calling them arrogant and lazy. Why wouldn’t anyone want to work here?
