Pros
In terms of perks it’s very as per industry standards
Cons
Work life balance is very bad
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Great Pay and No work, better than government job in India. Top it off zero accountability no one cares even if you screw up as long as you suck up to the managers and directors. Best Directors and Managers- they don’t know anything and don’t care about productivity so do we. Directors come with up best advice ever that is unrelated to ground reality. Best examples of empty vessels make more noise. The tech team is the best; they get paid and promoted to transition from flash to unity; They get salaries higher than industry veterans with a high level of proficiency. Layers of hierarchy, making it easier to dodge work, slack and relax; by the time the problem is figured out it is forgotten.
Cons
HR policies and team recruitment are excruciatingly slow and ineffective useless HR policies that make you go nuts. Extreme high rate of attrition due to politics and lack of growth and decades-old work

Cons
Appraisal is totally depends upon on ur performance.

Pros
Was a great team of individuals which created and scaled the game to highest level, after the merger with GSn everything start falling off.
Cons
Higher Management: They hired bunch of folks who doesn't know anything about gaming industry. These jokers hired another level of middle management who can work according to them. They start removing the key ex employees which are probable threat to them using the wreason of Org restructure and now they just have all jokers and clowns running their business. Indeed it is affecting their business and they are hitting all time low. Office politics: All the managers are happy with doing no work and doing office politics to save themselves No motivation: Now there is no motivation to improve, everyone just talks about quitting and looking out for change. Talented guys are already left or leaving. After some they with have people who don't have any choices.

It was better when it was Bash Gaming..
16 Jan 2017 - Manager in BangaloreRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
B'fast & Lunch is served in the all emptied ground technology floor. You can come way late and your manager cannot question you about it as it is against the culture of the company and the HR policy protects you.
Cons
Newly taken over present leadership is pulling the organization down and they have a very bad operation style. Politics is very high. Newly appointed Directors are Gods here and they're egoistic, rude & unprofessional. BTW Sachin Tendulkar is the only god and he is humble. Unprofessional & Unresponsive HR team. Everything gets delayed here & they can justify it and nobody can question them. Talent is dwindling with the constant/consistent firing every week. Good people are asked to leave because of political reasons. Table Tennis, Foosball & Badminton courts are only for showoff, playing not allowed. Micro accounting for the dollars spent in U.S if sent officially.
