      - Colleagues who were willing to teach you the ropes - Work-Life balance was okay - The work was fairly uninspiring, but achievable.

      Cons

      - The work was uninspiring - Micromanagement is a massive thing here. - Management are truly just coasting through, and not necessarily helpful (probably courtesy of the micromanagement)
