If you are remotely different to the majority of the business, you will not fit in. Everyone is friends in the business so forget all professionalism. Morals are skewed, and you are not judged on the quality of your work but rather how many cocktails can you drink in one night. Everyone in the company is young and given grand titles, to match of course such incompetent skill set. Senior management have no idea, usually walk around the business drunk, with no clue with what is going on.
