Low salary package Over work load No proper way to assess individual potentiality No clear picture in processes to be followed Passport to be given to HR which is against law Day by day new thing will arise for demotivation Almost all employees are having a negative attitude towards the company and are willing to go out from the company Employees cant join any insurance companies for 12 months after resignation which means company does not want employees to grow.
