      Not any come to mind.

      Cons

      They lied during the interview process. They try to weasel their way out of paying commissions. Don't work here. There is a reason they have such a high turnover rate.

      Changing the goal post and micro managing

      Pros

      Great sales training through a company called Sales Gravy. They have an amazing solid product line, which allot of money has been put into marketing. CEO has a vast knowledge of his own product line and well versed in both IT/OT technologies.

      Cons

      During the interview they will tell you they don't micro manage, but the reality of it is they do. Also this is not a hybrid position, be prepared to be in the office five days a week, working 40 hours plus (including weekends). Oh and most important, quarterly commission plans are subject to change at any time (and not to employee's advantage). Even though you sign a document, doesn't guarantee you will get said commission.

      Honestly no pros, place is extremely toxic

      Cons

      Micromanaging going on left and right, you cant have your own ideas. Its their way only and the company hasn't grown at all because of it
