Pros

1. Cross team collaboration to discuss on current or different projects. 2. Easy to work on multiple projects (mail project + subsidiary projects) which will help to increase one's knowledge and understanding of the field. 3. Good learning opportunities with collaboration with Coursera and its own huge knowledge repository. 4. My Project manager was one of the best i had in my professional career. He always pushed me to learn new things, think out of the box to provide good solutions. 5. Emphasis on User Experience of applications. 6. Management appreciates your efforts and one gets recognized for his/her work. 7. Management teams and officials are easy to approach. 8. One has to interact with people from different domain/country to get the work done which increases people skills. 9. Good hike and renumerations (although based on personal achievements). 10. WFH in general times is Okay, once/twice a week. Currently everyone is indefinitely working from home. 11. Employee engagements are good. 12. Provision to move from one team to another based on expertise, interest and availability. 13. New exciting avenues in the form of ML, IOT, Electrification etc are coming up.

Cons

1. Canteen facilities missing but lunch space is present, so one can bring lunch and have it. 2. Work expectations are a bit on the higher side and employees are expected to spend extra time to learn new things (depends on personal preference). 3. Sometimes project can drag for a bit long time, so can get boring. 4. Automotive OEM company, so gets affected with global automotive sales. 5. Career progression can be slow in some teams.
