If you're an extrovert, this job is for you. Great for networking, sharpening those sales skills, and being creative with community outreach. Really a great position to make new connections.
Cons
You wear EVERY hat, which is both good and bad. Good in that you get lots of experience, but that experience is really hard to translate once you're looking for that next position.
For the most part there will always be an excellent community amongst the residents who are utilizing the facility. Excellent view.
Cons
Issues are with management. Company is family run, alot of deference made to those associated with the family. Guttural emotional responses over logic. Lack of engagement with the full community during the time I worked there.
