In recent days, mid-level leadership has shown a lack of clear direction. They often take employees for granted, asking them to work intensively for a few months, only to put the projects on hold afterward. The company, once known for its work-life balance, has significantly changed. There is enormous pressure to complete work, only for it to be put on hold later. No salary hikes have been given to senior software engineers and beyond. The last increment was 0%. The quality of Tech skilled personnel in the Chennai office is very low. The employee survey has been stopped for the past few months, and management is not willing to listen to the employees' concerns.
