Although, weekly time sheets are submitted there's no guarantee that you'll actually receive pay for hours worked. Nor is there a guarantee that you'll be reimbursed for client deliverables even with proof of receipts. Anyone who considers working for this company should request a copy of all policies before accepting the position and have a written contract that aligns with the company's payment model.

There really are no cons however Genealogists.com is always looking for professional researchers, especially those with formal education and training who can conduct research and write quality reports. Good researchers can be kept very busy.
