The cons are horrific: we were a new team, and we received no real training. A lot of the staff are clueless about what they are doing, and employee attrition is extremely high. Ten people left the company within one month.
Many customers are losing their parcels and the staff are apathetically careless directly not wanting to solve the problems. It's not the GLS company, it's just this particular office that is not functioning properly. Did I mention, that they keep recruiting people yet find excuses to get rid of them before their 6 months probations end.
