      Everyone is kind - it's like a super diverse family representing different cultures with a staff prepared to assist anyone who needs them.

      Cons

      Because of the nature of the organization, communication can be difficult. We are often involved with clients - making it hard to communicate with each other.

      Pros

      - Chill environment with decent coworkers - Great branding and Mission! (which is easy for the public to understand and digest) - a small company wherein you can easily mobilize yourself and work with multiple departments, expanding learning opportunities especially for younger workers/fresh grads. - HR is very nice, you can easily open up your concerns and opinions whilst remaining professional. - HMO plan available.

      Cons

      - Low salary - No extra perks or benefits (for example: cash incentives, discounts, events, meal allowances, etc.) - Management is close-minded and traditional, meaning, not flexible when it comes to remote work arrangements and any sort of tech innovations that require an increased budget. (actually, typical Filipino company nowadays) - Treat the job with FCMG-level demanding clients; yet you're a worker on a nonprofit budget.

      Smaller team size can limit advancement opportunities. Career growth can be slower due to the team structure. Workload can be heavy at times, with multiple responsibilities falling on one person.
