      Good starup company but just keep bleeding money

      Pros

      Nice peafuly people with good company culture.

      Cons

      Leadership do not have idea what they are doing. Sometime it's even entertaining to watch these inexperienced mid-senior level people to 'run' the daily show. Assets heavy with capital intensive investments that tend to have lower to zero returns and liquidity. They are just sitting there and collecting dust . Too many people on the payroll for the company this size.

      Good culture prior to the mass lay off. Good pay to make up for the uncertainty

      The organization is now known as Genesis Motion Solutions. They are bleeding money and laid off approximately 1/3 of all the employees. Senior management lacks direction. People are still leaving currently due to lack of trust in the organization.
