the only time they act like their a team is when they get together to bully you

worked there for a short while but knew how bad the place was from how unhappy everyone was the whole time...not one person enjoyed their job and was always stressed and paniccking about everything. they expected me to come in and know everything immediately with no training or teaching and the ceo did not even introduce himself when we were in the office and just chose to pretend he was better than everyone else the whole time from his vibe. worst place ever and i am so glad i left even before probation period was up so i could leave within a week of knowing the true colours of this place

Hi, thank you for taking the time to visit the Genflow Glassdoor page. In 2021, we have been implementing process enhancements, roadmaps, and reviewing our operating model for working efficiencies - new people have been hired dedicated to this, which we are very excited about. Our CEO is holding 1-2-1's with people (at random) across the business, regardless of their seniority to take a deeper dive into wins and challenges they may be facing to problem-solve, brainstorm or strategize at that moment. Our People team has grown, therefore the onboarding experience has been enhanced. We recognised there's still more we can do here and therefore over the coming month we are implementing our new People Platform that will provide the ultimate onboarding experience! Every person now also has an individual personal development budget for the desired training. Based on your review, it seems like you were only at Genflow for a couple of weeks, although please can you reach out to us at people.experience@genflow.com - we would still like to learn more about the time you were employed at Genflow.

Exposure to large influencers and celebrities You’ll learn quickly but that’s only down to the lack of staff and over commitment of your time.

Cons

Staff turnover is crazy and they’re reluctant to hire which means you end up covering for other people’s jobs. Extremely toxic working environment with a culture of blame, everyone is terrified of the CEO and scared to own up to their own mistakes because of this. Those who pushed back on anything would be fired with little to no explanation. It’s 2022, using ‘its agency life’ as an excuse for long hours and no reward is not it. They cancelled our Christmas party because we had too much work to do.

Hi, It's a shame to read you didn't have a positive experience at Genflow. Yes we have a fast-paced environment here, we mirror the Creator economy pace which is constantly evolving. A lot of the teams have a “Do what it takes” approach, as a team, we win together, and peers celebrate one another too. Our employee turnover on average is around 3%, and this is less than the industry average. The CEO openly says he welcomes employees to have a 1-2-1 with him to discuss anything that may come to mind. We also have a management team and a People team who you would’ve been able to speak to if something didn’t feel right for you. To welcome new starters, during their onboarding into the Company, we implemented the ‘Buddy Network’, a friendly familiar face to help, a sounding board and this is support to learn the Genflow way within the first three months. All managers receive a gratitude budget, they can use this for their teams to thank them. Alongside this, our CEO creates content across several channels with a great team. Just as much as we build the brand of our Creators, it’s important to dedicate time to continue building the Genflow brand. Thanks
