The Company as a Whole is Amazing!!!

Pros

Fun and you get quiet Fridays! Fly to San Diego Thursday night and work from the beach on Friday (if you have an internet connection). Poker nights, killer snacks, beer and kombucha on tap. Thursday lunches with the team.

Cons

Micromanagement on the sales side. Have to work 9-6 even if your territory is on the East coast. No where to sit during Digital Summits so you have to stand for hours even if everyone is in a session. I would not recommend to a friend for sales, but I would for everywhere else. The people are amazing.
