      - Fully remote with the option to report in person - Excellent training by supervisors before working independently - Staff works together as a team - approachable and helpful - Staff always on hand to help navigate work responsibilities - Staff always supporting other team members with their workload if time allows - Supervisors open to suggestions and recommendations to help the company run more efficiently and effectively - Supervisors always accessible - Excellent medical benefits including dental - Rotating phone schedule

      Being a part of a company with extraordinary purpose in making a positive impact In a fast paced environment there are many opportunities to learn & grow Female CEO has a lifetime of experience in the industry and understands what’s needed, is able to make hard decisions while still caring about her team Work life balance is great especially with ability to work from home and senior team valuing family

      Some of the non laboratory team is able to work remotely which has many pros but in any remote work situation there comes a price as well but the pros outweigh the cons for sure
