Too much interference from US management, mid level employees will be always stuck in between global and indian management Indian management has almost no role in technical related stuffs. Since it is a bovine genetics based company, the 90% of market is with government, so everything depend on that

Some nice people in other areas of the business.

The management structure is very weak, there was no clear direction and a clear lack of the necessary skills and experience to move the business forward. HR are very hands off and the induction process is very poor. They don’t value experience and skills and whilst I met some nice people, the Change and IT team were extremely toxic and unprofessional, completely lacking a ‘Team’ culture.
