The consultancy "startup"

Pros

Great and fast learning experience

Cons

It doesn't really have the real benefits of an startup. They are an startup because of the investors, but not because of the culture: fake flexibility, fake culture, very low salaries, to much control of the employees, lots of firings, 0 employment stability, meanness, overwork, awful work environment...

Pros

The tech stack used is modern and the company is well funded enough to ensure there won't be any layoffs just for the money. There's also really smart people working there and it's a great place to learn new things.

Cons

Management is terrible prone to dismiss issues reported by employees without solving the root causes. The culture glorifies workaholism and long hours.

If you like location intelligence then the technology you can work with is interesting. Opportunities to advance depending on manager

Work hours are long, management isn’t experience, salary is low, company culture isn’t the best
