The people and culture at GeoEx is incredible, it is a very supportive environment where you are respected and valued for the person that you are and the skills and ideas you bring to the table. Excellent benefits, fully paid health insurance, lots of PTO, annual familiarization trip opportunities, in-person gatherings.

Growing pains with change of ownership Lack of clear pathways toward growth goals Travel industry remains turbulent post-covid Low pay (sort of par for the industry though)
