      Open Culture. Opportunities to grow internally. Nothing much to say as Pros. When good rapport is maintained with customers, chances are there to jump to the client place.

      Over work load. . and very low salary compared to industry standards. Stretch, stretch and stretch. No work ethics and work culture maintained. No job safety, any time firing is common in the company
