Pros

Your coworkers are easy to work with.

Cons

They don't care about safety, often put techs in dangerous situations, shady business practices, make you do things that could result in you losing your license, management is against employees and will look for every little thing to write you up for, they often mess up your pay check "on accident" or withhold money from you, always understaffed, bed bug issue, equipment often doesn't work, minimal training, minimal benefits, low pay.
