This is a business that takes care of its staff. Management allows a lot of flexibility for their staff and is always supportive professionally. I always look forward to walking into the office and working with this team on a daily basis.

Cons

There really is no downside to working at Geoscience. Management is always available to talk if there are any issues, and will work with you to find a solution.

“Challenging” micro-managing leadership. Immature/unprofessional behaviors caused loss of several highly talented employees. Very high turnover.
