There seemed to be a pattern disproportionately affecting employees from certain generations and those with diverse backgrounds. This created an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty, undermining employee morale. 3) Aggressive Work Style: The company’s work style has been described as intensely aggressive. 4) Surveillance and Lack of Trust: A troubling aspect of the company is its lack of trust. Casual conversations were secretly recorded or monitored behind employees’ backs.
