Pros
There are some good, fun people that work there. Everyone gets along great across the different departments.
Cons
Low pay, unrealistic deadlines and project budgets, and inefficient or complete lack of SOPs. To participate in the company's Christmas lunch you had to pay for your own meal. Complaints that come from the entire department are not addressed. To top it off, they let you go when you put in your 2 weeks instead of allowing you to finish strong and on good terms.
