Pros

Good work from home policy been like that since March 2020. Also my team was supportive and helpful. I'm giving the stars entirely because of the remote work setting and I love my team for being the best teammates.

Cons

They don't pay salary on time, even until now after my last day the company still hasn't paid the rest of my salary. When asked, they just gave very general answers. Also, they stop paying BPJS TK, BPJS Health, and medical reimbursement that was previously being paid.

A flexible way of working, chill office vibe. Nice starting salary. Work-life balance is amazing enough.

Cons

Unclear career growth. Yes, the salary is transparent, but what's the point of it if it only makes people compare each other's salary and performance instead of the work itself and then it became toxic. Unclear direction from C levels, do you want to be an agency or more automated smart tech startup? You can be both, but C levels are fighting each other on which one is better, and also no opinion from minions other than management is heard, keep your management thinking in your own safety bubble. Too much focus on branding, but after years of working for it, seems the management still don't know what the brand essence of the company is.

i think right now there now pros in this company.

Cons

This company still not yet pay BPJSTK, though some of employee already resign more than 1 years. Payment for freelance seems still a big issue
