      Very talented staff. Exciting events (when they happen). Great social element.

      Cons

      Terrible, overpaid senior management. No personal development. Low pay and few raises even after a job well done - HR are not on your side at all. Either incredibly stressful or unbelievably tedious most of the time, no in between.

      If you love esports, this is an exciting high profile company to be part of. Strong gaming and esports culture at non-managerial levels. Esports is an exciting, growing marketplace to be part of.

      Cons

      Pressurised. Siloed. Disorganised. Terrible leadership communication & leadership who don't understand gaming/ esports cultures.
