Toxic from the core. Management hasn't a clue. Unable to accept feedback from users and staff. Zero transparency. Unclear commission structure and way below industry standard. Slow to pay out on commission - slow to respond to disputes. Quick to pass the blame onto staff when things aren't going to plan. Management would prefer to hire friends rather than more suitable candidates. Company equipment is pathetic.

Toxic Management, Unrealistic market vision, No Transparency, Zero Sales Tools, Use Your Own Phone, Terrible Commission Structure way below industry standards. Very Clicky atmosphere. Friends Hire Friends. All round Terrible in every way not to mention the lies told in the interview to get me on-board.
