-Super small company (less than 20 employees, including teachers) - Even though we get paid above minimum wage, it's only by $1-$2, definitely not as much as other teaching positions but like I said, if you're mostly there for the kids, you won't mind it too much -Like I said in the pros, you'll at some point get kids who don't want to be there or don't practice at home, so it can get very repetitive teaching them the same thing for weeks on end -Get asked to do things outside our job description for ex. go from door to door advertising about a concert the owner is going to perform in (granted they do ask and super nicely at that but if you have a bunch of lessons back to back, it can be hard when all you want to do is take a breather) -Not much time to get to know your coworkers (if you're someone who enjoys working with others, this could be a con more than a pro which is why I wrote it here)
