1. Healthy Environment. 2.Full Compliance. 3.Work life Balance. 4. Company run through a well furnished system. 5. Excellent Job safety.

Cons

1. Salary Negotiation: Negotiate your salary carefully at the time of joining, as annual increments are based on your gross salary. 2. Growth & Promotion: The promotion process is not fixed. It depends on business needs, increased responsibilities, and consistent performance, so it may take time.

Pros

The company offers exposure to a wide variety of technologies and provides opportunities to develop strong technical and customer service skills. I worked alongside many talented and supportive colleagues across different departments, and the collaborative relationships between technical teams were often one of the best parts of the job. There were opportunities to contribute beyond day-to-day support, improve processes, mentor new employees, and participate in projects that had a positive impact on the organization.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment changed significantly due to management. Communication became increasingly top-down, constructive feedback often turned into criticism, and employees who showed initiative or collaborated across teams could be viewed negatively instead of being encouraged. Recognition for contributions was inconsistent, while mistakes received disproportionate attention. Rather than coaching and professional development, the focus often felt centered on metrics and fault-finding. This created unnecessary stress and reduced morale. Workplace culture also suffered from inconsistent communication practices and a lack of transparency. Concerns raised by employees did not always appear to be addressed effectively, leaving some staff feeling unsupported. For me, the environment eventually became psychologically exhausting despite years of strong performance, positive customer relationships, and significant contributions to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
