Thank you for taking the time to communicate your experience. We strive to make expectations and communication as transparent as possible. We have multiple meetings and surveys to capture feedback to include multiple new hire surveys, multiple meetings between employee and supervisor in the form of individual weekly check-ins, team weekly meetings, sporadic culture surveys, monthly company-wide meetings, quarterly touchpoints, and annual reviews; all with individualized KPI’s. It is always our goal within leadership to filter communication accurately and effectively and we are committed to continue to work on this important component as your concerns indicate there can be some improvements here.
