Pros

Full remote work culture allows for an excellent async communication environment, which provides quiet and highly focused time to get things done efficiently.

Cons

Without a physical office, the boundary between work and personal life can easily blur, often leading to unrecorded and unnoticed overtime unless you strictly manage your own schedule. Additionally, collaborating with team members across different time zones requires meticulous planning and booking meetings well in advance.

Pros

Best company I've ever worked for. Strong culture, great leadership, competitive compensation, excellent work life balance, and a genuine focus on employee well being and career growth.

Cons

Fast paced environment and high expectations, but that's part of working at a successful, growing company.

Leadership gutted company culture to be another hype company. Management forced to constantly pivot in many teams
