Pros

One of the company where they provide a platform “speak up” where you can talk about your problems or any bad things happening to you in your work place.

Cons

Not down but it’ll be better if the company change the incentive plan

Pros

Great platform for wholesale; working with industry best. Number driven company; I joined the company at an exiting moment, was great at the beginning; but too many changes happened to the team so lost the belonging feeling

Cons

Poor benefits and welfare. Limited career path, flat team. Mobility in LVMH generally takes too long. Besides HR is not strong
