      Pros

      Let your imagination run wild with glass and fire. Glass beads, art, stained glass we make it all. Now waste philosophy means we make mosaics from our waste.

      Cons

      Long hours and long weeks..... The business demands are high and with the growth plan are only going to get harder and harder....but the rewards eventually should be pretty cool.
